lyrics
My fallen lover
was killed by his own sword
kept drinking his poison
leaving me nothing
to fill the void
my fallen lover
killed
sword
follow blind forces
while the snakes bite your feet
your flesh tastes funny
to the ones who live
you dine with them
follow blind forces
while the snakes bite your feet
you lie with them
I know you all well
lying with what you did
follow blind forces
while snakes bite your feet
you lie with them
follow blind forces
while snakes bite at your feet
why force it
I know we
I know we die for the first time
in the bearer or light
bearer of light
bearer of light
I love the light and shade between Bryan's dirty and Emma's forlorn vocals. There are so many layers to this recording that are driven home through contrast. Plus the riffs are brilliant and get me moving. I can't stop listening to Thou and Emma in general lately. spaceman2250
What an impressive piece of black metal. This one-man hurricane is pure art. Sgah‘gahsowáh creates an haunting atmosphere. He puts so much soul in his music. Sælzer Bub
never been a big death metal fan but this is actually super accessible for the genre, has fun concepts, and personally i'm always a fan of albums with short tracklists and huge runtimes (for individual songs) Great time, good jumping on point for newbies too. alienasu
One of the most unsettling albums i have heard in a while. Chat Pile creates a grotesque blend of noise and groove that brings me back everytime. scarface6204
